Hey! I’m Tonia.
I’m a life-stylist, world adventurer, and a connoisseur of connection.
I’m in awe of the magic of serendipity.
I want you to be, too.
You’re probably here because you’re feeling stuck in your life.
Overwhelmed with your work. At a major life crossroads, even.
You’re bursting at the seams to express the bold badass inside you, but secretly lacking the confidence to make a move.
Or you’re a total boss, all swagger and style, but (maybe for the first time in your life) you have no idea what to do next.
Whether you’re climbing that corporate ladder or rocking your own business, clarity and confidence have left the building.
You need a serious reinvention, and you need it now.
And you think I’m the one who’s going to unleash the vivacious, no-nonsense powerhouse inside you.
Well, guess again.
The truth is, you already have everything you need to live your dream life.
I know, I know — you’re probably rolling your eyes right now, like, “Thanks, Tonia, but tell me something my mom hasn’t been telling me since I was a kid.”
So here are the straight goods: nobody’s going to boost your confidence, give you clarity, or change your life — except you.
Real success starts the moment you choose to be your true, authentic self.
I’m just the one who’s giving you the option to make that choice.
Look, I get it. 8 years ago, if someone had told me that connecting with myself would be the most important factor to my success, I probably would have laughed out loud.
I’m one of those girls who knew what she wanted from day one. Born and raised in a small town on Vancouver Island, I high-tailed it to the city as soon as I could.
I worked abroad in Sydney, Australia, then chose Vancouver, Canada as my home base. From there, I travelled to over 30 countries, and visited (almost) all the continents (I skipped Antarctica — too cold for this hot-blooded girl!).
In Vancouver I had what appeared to be the perfect life — great corporate job, good friends, a sweet little downtown apartment… but I was still craving a bigger, more meaningful life.
So I gave it all up, and moved to New York City.
Without a single contact, work visa, or job offer in my corner, I hit the pavement in one of the toughest city in the world.
I hustled like a fiend, and had a lot to show for it. I arranged 144 meetings, and was presented with six job offers.
But then, one by one, the offers fell through. Visa restrictions, difficult HR policies — you name it, I faced it.
With every roadblock I hit, I felt the light inside me dim. My confidence, which I’d considered unshakeable, took a massive hit. Until finally, one freezing winter day, I found myself in Central Park.
I had no job, I was running out of money, and I felt completely alone.
It felt like everyone had somewhere to be except me. I had no idea what I should do with my life. For the first time ever, I couldn’t do anything but ask for help. I asked for a sign.
I pleaded for guidance, and when I opened my eyes and looked down — I kid you not — I saw my name, TONIA, engraved in the pavement at my feet.
And then it hit me:
Success had nothing to do with external factors, and everything to do with me.
I had grown so disconnected from myself; I had to stop looking outward for my answers, and needed to start looking within.
The next few years were all about studying myself. I dug into NLP training, became a certified coach, and worked as a consultant doing mindset motivation and confidence building with Goldman Sachs professionals. During the 2008 financial crisis I coached execs from US News, MSNBC, CBS, and Time Out New York.
Over and over again, I saw the devastating impact of people disconnecting from their true selves, losing confidence and clarity, and struggling on their path.
I was aching to remind them of who they are, and to lead them back to success.
So I created YUOLOGY — the study of you.
While taking YUOLOGY, I was inspired to write a business plan in 30 days for my now-thriving fashion retail business. I’m finally aligned with my passion, and I love what I do every day!
My confidence skyrocketed since taking YUOLOGY. I feel like a whole new woman has emerged out of me, and I can finally say that I’m proud of who I am.
Tonia is not only a beautiful person inside and out, she also possesses a positive, vibrant aura that’s contagious when you’re around her, and you can’t help but feel inspired.
Success by being who you are.
Vision boards, inspirational talks, and self-help books aren’t enough: YUOLOGY is where the rubber hits the road when it comes to life design.
A step-by-step framework, the program takes you through five elements of success that all lead back to — you guessed it — YOU!
Confidence in who you are. Clarity in what you want. And a strategy to design your dream life.
It’s authenticity on steroids, customized to meet your needs, and designed to give you resilience against the craziness of life.
It’s the culmination of hundreds of coaching sessions, conversations, workshops and hours of hustle. It’s the combination of my passion and my experience, because girl — I’ve been there.
The question is, do you want to stay there?
Do you really want to waste more time being stuck? Or will you choose confidence, clarity, freedom and success?
Are you ready to choose to be you?
