Guess What Your Intuition Wants to Tell You?! Try This

 

Four countries. Four languages. Four cultures. Four different versions of ME.

And I’m exhausted.

If you’ve been following along with my adventure, you’ll know that I’ve been on a whirlwind trip in Europe, and I had a lot to do (and be) in a short period of time.

I had a wedding to attend in Belgium (santé!), a birthday celebration in Germany (prost!), friends to sail with in Greece (yamas!), and, well… love to feel in Italy (salute!!).

Although this was a dream trip (that I manifested), I’m sure you can imagine how tiring it was.

There were moments when I didn’t know whether to laugh, cry, smile or sleep – and I literally got mixed up on a few occasions – [insert your imagination here].

As funny as this may sound, I was having a difficult time processing everything that I was experiencing, and only one thing could help – my INTUITION.

Whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from myself, I know that I have to tune into my intuition, and hear what it’s trying to tell me.

And guess what?!

Your intuition ALWAYS wants the best for you, and no matter what happens “to you” (loss of job, heartbreak, unexpected move, natural disaster or health issue etc.) – you can ALWAYS access it.

 

Your emotions need motion – so pay attention to what they’re saying, and let them run through you. Otherwise, you’ll find yourself laughing uncontrollably at a wedding, and we don’t want that to happen.

Tips to tune into your Intuition and get guidance:

  1. BREATHE. Take ten slow, deep breaths. Be patient. Make sure you give yourself the time you need. Inhale. Exhale. Ten times.
  2. LISTEN. It’s okay if undesirable thoughts/feelings come up. Let them pass through you. This is normal and let them go. Now, what is your heart telling you? And your instinct, deep in your gut? Be quiet and listen.
  3. RECORD. Write down what you hear. It’s important to be mindful of what your body is telling you, and recording your experience will help you sustain this feeling of ease.
