3 Steps To Accept Where You Are + Attract What You Want

How often do you judge yourself?

You know, that voice in your head that’s constantly questioning your progress.

Whether you’re regretting what you did (or didn’t do), or feeling anxious about what you haven’t done, yet — chances are, there’s a gap between where you are today, and where you want to be, and there’s some judgement going on.

Am I right?


I totally get it. You’re a boss and you want to live your best life.

You’ve got BIG goals, and you know you deserve to fulfill your passion and design your dream life.

As you know, I’m allll about life design, in fact I even teach living your dream life with YuSchool; although, I want to clear something up.



A big part of designing your dream life, is accepting where you are today.

In fact, it’s not just about accepting — it’s about loving where you are, so you can attract more of what you want.

Give yourself permission to be where you are and to still be loved for it. Worthiness isn’t something you can chase, earn, request, or create. It is something you recognize you already are. – I Am Her Tribe

3 steps to accept where you are & attract what you want:

  1. BE WHAT YOU WANT: Stop saying what you want, start being it today. If you want love, start loving and being kind to yourself. If you want money, start appreciating what you’re making. How are you treating the things you own? Your money in your bank account? Have respect for what it currently brings to you. It’s more about how you’re being, that’ll attract more of what you want.
  2. VISUALIZE: Take time to visualize the life you want and journal about it — or even better, make a vision board that includes all the details. What does this life look like? Who are you with? What are you wearing? How are you spending your day? Vacations? What makes you proud?
  3. ROLE PLAY (I AM): Create affirmations, as if you already have your dream life. Your affirmations start with “I am…” and include everything you want, as if you’ve already created it. You believe what you tell yourself, so keep this aligned with what you want. Of course you have to take ACTION, to make it happen, and the affirmations will help support your belief in yourself as you manifest.
