How To STOP Sabotaging Your Dreams

I’ve been speaking with a lot of people lately with BIG dreams.

Many women who know they’re meant for something more but they aren’t exactly sure WHY they aren’t doing anything about it.

We often get stuck in the limiting belief that we’re not good enough, smart enough, experienced enough, young/old enough or [fill in the blank] enough.

The doubts we tell ourselves fundamentally come down to self worth and believing that we’re not worth having what we want.

We may believe that we deserve it, but deep down we feel that we’re not worth it, and this is what blocks us from taking action on our dreams.

If you’ve known me for a while, you’d know that I’ve had a book in the making for a LONG time.

I think what blocked me most is that I felt that I had to be perfect in order to write about it. I’d get excited about writing, but then I’d question my worth and get stuck again.

It was a mixture of fear, imposter syndrome and wanting to be fully ‘ready.’

But the thing is, nobody is ever fully ready to do anything the first time, and we’re ALL a work in progress.

Nobody is without insecurities, weaknesses, darkness or shadows. Not. A. Single. Person.

This is what makes us real whole human beings and is exactly how we build authentic connection with others.

People aren’t looking for perfection, they’re seeking REAL life and the comfort in knowing that they’re not alone.

They will learn through your vulnerability and how you overcame your challenges, much more than a perfect person without faults.

This is what I remind myself as I write my book and I feel so excited that it’s also aligned with the teachings of Yuology. So it fits into my bigger purpose to help modern women step into their authentic selves and fulfill their highest purpose.

These new empowering thoughts keep me on track with my writing momentum, along with many oat milk lattès and the beautiful sunshine.

Now it’s your turn, repeat after me:

There’s not ONE person in this entire world who deserves to fulfill their dreams any more than I do.

Your dreams are in your heart for a reason.

Nothing that fills your soul with passionate joy or overflows your daydreams with excitement is accidental.

You ARE worth it. Your dreams matter. And YOU matter.

Now it’s your turn.

What’s your BIG dream that you’re finally ready to start?
